Human beings need supply of sufficient nutrients to function faculties in bodies regularly. So the balanced diet appears extremely important. If we have sufficiency of nutrition, our bodies can maintain a good condition normally. Thus we have enough energy to work, handle a task, and think with our minds. Also, proper minerals, vitamins, vegetables, and fruits are necessary for us. These substances have a great effect on functions and balance of body. Besides, another necessity is the water that is extraordinarily essential. With beverage stores increasing rapidly, more and more people drink lots of drinks instead of water especially the adolescents. It contributes to obesity easily and the loss of equation comes into existence in our bodies so that we must pay attention to our absorption of those essentials.
Modern people are constantly urged by bustle of works or studies and the quick step in society. People will not lay stress on their health because they always have busy things to do. As a consequence, the bad symptoms of health will gradually emerge due to the unbalanced diet. But if this situation lasts too long, our body will give the warning to remind us. However, there are still a lot of people ignoring those cautions not detecting the seriousness of this problem. Therefore, we need some information to correct the wrong concepts. In addition to supplementing a variety of food that is beneficial to us, we also demand to exercise to sustain our figure and improve the metabolism. The good habit of diet and steady function of body can supplement us full physical strength and change condition of health into a better one. To sum up, we must care about our body all the time no matter how busy we are.(291 words)
