There are no restrictions to be the volunteers no matter what the field people involve in is. And no conditions of the voluntary service are stipulated basically. The 70-year-old woman mentioned in the news is a criterion and paragon for us. She has been a volunteer swimming coach for a long time and is also a lifeguard. In addition, she cares about ailing seniors or other people who really need assistance. There is no doubt that she is the warm sunlight for their helpless situation.
